So I was able to get it in time to share with a bunch of other vets across the great state of Texas as we enjoy our state convention. No a single person had heard of them but now they are fighting to drink it. Some even asked if they could but my bottle I have left as they did not want to wait to order it as it’s not in Texas yet.

Bought a signed bottle at a concert but decided to order a second bottle and keep the signed one in tact. Cracked it open on Memorial Day to honor those that have served and never came home and those that we’ve lost after returning. To my surprise this bourbon was very good! Like all new bourbons I try, I start neat to fully enjoy its full flavor. I thought it was smooth and clean. I later tried it in my glass with ice and definitely preferred it chilled but it was good both ways! I highly recommend it, definitely a contender for a new favorite for me!
Had a neighbor who just graduated NROTC commissioned into the Navy. Bought a bottle for him and explained the need to celebrate with your “Brothers” those special things. He’s headed to flight school in Pensacola next. Thanks for a great bourbon with a great backstory.
